PenMate is a free HTML5 canvas-based drawing and digital whiteboard tool that runs entirely in your web browser. Our online design software allows you to create drawings, diagrams, sketches, flowcharts, and other visual content using advanced web technologies.

You must not use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes

We strive to keep PenMate available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Limitation of Liability

PenMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or any other damages arising from your use of the service.

Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally in your browser, you are responsible for backing up your work. We are not responsible for any loss of drawings or content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
